Would this name be allowed?

It came up during a discussion at the Men's Shed today.

I was just wondering if the BHA would not allow a filly to be registered with the name. After all, it is real name of a real person:

 
If the person checking them had their wits about them then no - if they only made the connection with the skier and pronounced it properly then possibly but you’d need permission from the lady herself. ( or she’d need to be dead for about 50 years)
You need permission to name after songs, so I can’t believe you’d not need it for a person who is alive.
 
The Weatherby's crudity filter must have been malfunctioning when Fircombe Hall was submitted; that or they had a teenage intern manning it that day

not to mention The Kew Tour which would never be accepted here in Eire.
