Bloody hell. There was me thinking she was a one hit wonder. I'll never mock her again.

HT you are too shy .

Your version of " All Kinds of Everything " is a stunner - though Alan Morgan's was better allegedly sung through her tights

On my 30th Birthday I arranged for about 40 people to go to a lovely Italian restaurant in Burford. When we arrived someone had organised one of those Karaoke machines. Well, after about my 2nd bottle of wine, I decided I would give it a go. Not only did I manage to sing "Beautiful World" in tune, I then did a duet with one of my male work colleagues which went really well. My colleagues were so surprised I could (sort of) sing they brought the Karaoke tapes off of the bloke and presented them to me the next day in the office, along with some headache tablets and some black coffee. :shy:

I love Diana Ross, "Touch me in the Morning" and I (evidently) do a mean Whitney Houston impression, and if I am really drunk, I will do a couple of The Carpenter's love songs too. I sang in a bar in Los Angeles as there was a bloke and his piano playing the old Nat King Cole tunes and he thrust a microphone at me when he saw I knew a few of the words. Luckily, there were only about 4 people in the bar, and then in Cyprus about 2 years ago, after numerous champagne cocktails, at about 2am in the morning, I took to the microphone and slurred my way through 2 songs before my fella dragged me back to the hotel. :shy:

You have been warned.

Forgot to add; Tears For Fears - Mad World. Great pulling song on Canal Street.

Peter Gabriel's Sledgehammer and Solisbury Hill. Texas, I Don't Want A Lover, and Radiohead's Creep. Have always wanted to do Blur's Parklife but never found the bloody thing :P

Once on a forced holiday to Butlins I decided to bring the "happy campers" back down to earth after endless terminal poppy songs by singing Street Spirit by Radiohead.

Generally, though, my choices are Just Like A Pill by Pink, Alannah Myles' Black Velvet, something by Evanescence or Bon Jovi, There You'll Be by Faith Hill or some really corny Whitney Houston number if I'm horrendously drunk.

Love singing :P
