Just market manipulation,can't believe the prices held up all day made no sense to me,was 4.2 about 3 hourse before the race went off 16s on betfair sp 6/1 some right lemmings must've bet on the race to keep it that low for so long...hope some had a saver on lucky lodge as said in write up running in better races than those last season...too short the other night.
Kachys out tomorrow lot to ask to win a race like that from 11 draw so have left it,if it does win it'll be 2/1 for the finals day so just a watching day for me..

Kachy caught my eye last night,group horse over 5fs put on to the aw for first run over 6fs dascombe obviously thinking the conditions would suit and the 6fs at liongfield was perfect up with pace even from a poor draw,winning easily after 4 month break.The time of 1m9.19 decent time off 9-7 fotst attempt fropm poor draw plud the track may not be riding asquick as usual,very slow a couple of days ago,rest of races on card suggest may still not be running that quick so run looks even better..Now proven on aw and 6fs on this track with improvement to come could easily make a case for it being favourite, may not seem a lot in prices but its as good as anything seen so far including favourite gifted master .39 quicker than gifted masters win here earlier in season...potentially biggest impriover in race..

Will be 2/1 now 9/4 tops,only horse in 63 runners to win from the 11 draw in class 3 or above today,may even be shorter remembering could get decent draw on day as well glad I took all the 5/1 as well now!!:ninja: don't know whats available still but was 4/1 last night havn't looked yet..

Betway says 4/1 don't know if its there or not as other runners not priced up..

5/2 kachy, kimberella last years winner been backed unsurprisingly although still has to run again to qualify,kachy has now qualified was only 15 dasys since lsst run and the worst draw can have nice break now,i doubt will run again till finals day now..See I can find something for winter derby,if you'd been quick utmost was still available at 25/1 after winning today for 20 mins looks huge now as could be more to come although did get easy time upfront time was still respectable considering.

Showdance kid 14/1 betfred/totesport..11/1 marathonbet


Just a small interest,showdance kid coming from the Neville bycroft stable to join kevin frost he picks up these cast offs doesn't have many winners has quite a few that look well handicapped but he doesn't get many to win usually find overnight markets they halve in price then massive drifters following day.On the occasion he does have a winner the prices will stay constant and like this one if stable think they have got it anywhere near last seasons form would only be a 6-7/1 shot tops in this race,probably shorter.
Last season all its best form was over 7fs decent places in august/September/October off marks of 62,64 and 67 one of them at wolves had jumping around tomorrows fav a long way behind in that race.
Since joining kevin frost has been running over longer trips 1m2fs and 1m1 1/2fs at wolves and chel;msford,can't say it was particularly big eyecatcher in those races seemed to be under pressure in races that should've at least travelled well looked very one paced but off a mark of just 58 and first time in this class then will have some small bets ,if its just needed the races and stable have it back to last seasons form then i'd expect it to be nearer 5/1, if not the inevitable drift..back to 7fs in lowest ever grade,find it quite unbelievable travelling to Chelmsford from market drayton in Shropshire...
Swot and soaring spirits ran against each otherb in November soaring spirits chucked in but has disappointed in easier races since,swots form at swell looks rock solid and looks the obvious pick as so consistent if going at Chelmsford...

Had a bet on this myself mate as had been waiting for it to drop back in trip and has the visor back on so looks like it's having a go. Unfortunately missed the boat with the price after checking my e-mails late so just had a bit at 7's if I'd seen the 14's earlier or something near I'd of had something a bit more lumpy on.

6.8 to 14s within 2 mins before the off,it happens nearly every runner with this trainer strange betting to say the least..but not unexpected as write up and dropped out 10ls nice bit of hands n heels at the end as well...

Travelling all the way from market drayton that's by me in Shropshire to London always likely to be non trier but the drift wasn't till 2 mins before the off,then the dropped out 10ls deliberately long way to go for small trainer that never has any winners especially with wolves down the road,patterns always the same they always stay strong in the betting when expected to run well even from this trainer...

Cards are desperate on the aw,can't ever remember a season where there's so little to do just betting horses at wrong prices I can't be doing, have winners marked off daily but if you're not getting the right prices then it's a waste of time,don't know if its the extra Newcastle meetugs effecting the cards but it will be the quietest season I've had in 20 years...

These kevin frost horses again,don't like trainer huge drifters on day of racing,this one has been running on its merits though so far always gets left needs decent pace to aim at if they go quick enough then should be fighting out the places although he is drawn 12 tomorrow any dawdle will be totally against him.Jockey Russell harris isn't up to much either although with his claim only off 57 so will be relying on that pace angle,hopefully one or two of these apprentices go off to quick air of yorks in similar position iof the go quick enough then could be well in off hos current mark of just 62 with 3 pound claim as well could well be fighting out finish if they do.. ..Compass hill is well handicapped on first run for jo hughes ran ok in a 0-75 at Dundalk when last seen in November...

Secret return has run two decent races at wolves in maidens,realistically unlikeky winner trainer hasn't had a winner for 6 years and also has rhiain ingram booked plus conceding weight to other runners,what usually happens these sort of trainers got one or two decent runs out of something then completey regress hopefully this hasn't and will be fighting out for the places again first time pieces..

Bungee jumper has been running well clocked a decent time here ober 7fs and tomorrow carrys just 8-3 withnocola currie taking off the 5 [pound,if this were 7fs or 6fs sure it would be around 6/4 or shorter wioth loads of solid handicap form over 6fs recently,but tomorrow runs over the miler doesn't really look a miler and hard to know how quick they will go as well.Should be fighting out the finish anyway..

Another waste of time 4 horse race now,the whole point of the bet was even it comes 2nd were still getting 1/2 for the place which I don't mind in a 2 horse race..Took 1.3 for a place but what a farce of a race sitting off a slow gallop and had best speedfigures,never gave it a chance...winning time 1m40.62 seconds thats the slowest mile race I've seen run there all season,bungee jumper beaten 6ls off that pace what a terrible ride that was..

Disgraceful drift two mins again pre off was 6.8 next time I looked 14s stone last that's two back to back runners with exact same betting patterns I've put on here from stable should've been 5-6/1..

Wasn't going to bother having a bet tomorrow as again two desperate cards,there's very little value in big lachies prices,was really hoping for 7-8/1 but did catch the eye a little bit over c/d last time out.Was only 8th of the 10 behind a few of these Hamish Mcgonagain and run with pride got slightly outpaced and then stopped in run when looking to be travelling as well as Hamish Mcgonagain if not better and has been given a 2 pound drop.Has run well over this c/d before when 2nd to casterbridge as well off 70 had Hamish Mcgonagain back in 4th in that race and is far better in at the weights and that's fav tomorrow,hasn't won since November 2016 and has probably been disappointing as looks to have more ability than a 70 rated handicapper.Probably should be winning one of these very soon.Doesn't look much pace in the race so possible run with pride could nick it as only just collared in same race as big lachie last time out..Semana santa ran in a decent claimer when 2nd in march if ran to that form would have a great chance but is coming back after 142 break,still interesting runner in a weaker race than the claimer..

An interesting runner in vodka pigeon was owned by michael owen when with tom dascombe made nice 2 yr old debut at haydock behind dance diva 98 rated,a couple of runs later went backwards and was sold to adam west,trainer has very few winners, on debut for him beaten 11ls at wolves over 6fs.
Trainer then trekked to dundalk running in a 0-75 horse was rated 68 in that race, gave the field 5ls start only beaten 3 1/4 and was slightly hampered at finish and tomorrow runs in a very weak 0-65,as said trainer has few winners but is +£47 on all runners nicola currei booked down to just 61..It could potentially be smashed off the boards on that one piece of form,although doesn't look dependable that run is far better than any of these have produced on known form although depending on this small trainer getting it too produce two decent races back to back is questionable.Regardless of result it looks like be massive one for trading,even if not stable money once everyones looked at the run thought it would open 4/1, 8/1 7/1 available if stable don't like those prices in such a poor race then would look a bit smelly to me.

Bluff cragg looks hard to win with,usually runs well over this c/d changed trainers from richard huges to philip mc bride looked a little unlucky in running 6th to dance teacher and last time out a little one paced in 5th,those were 0-85 and 0-80 tomorrowe gets dropped into a 0-75 is only 4 pound higher than when winning over c/d and this doesn't look a particularly strong race,ew chances..Looks a better horse if can get to the front or off a fast pace,so won't want another slowly run race which will be completely against him.

Lord murphy 11/4 365/betway / Bookmaker 14/1 365/skybet/betfred/totesport/betway

Lord murphy runs in the second division was in same race as sir jamie another thats been given new headgear the last twice and similarly looks to have ew chances on that time on the clock again was the other finishing off the pace anotherr that will be pace reliant was aroud 3 1/2ls quicker than presence priocess tomorrows favourite hopefully they won't dawdle as has been the norm recently.I could see present priocess getting a soft lead in the race if that happens then will probably win if doesn't get taken on and may finf lord murphy not getting race run to suit...Bookmaker a veteran now only runs off 52 with claimer taking 7 off in this race and wouldn't be total surprise if ran well won off this mark jan 2017 and claimer takes off that 7 pound,followed that up with a 2nd over tomorrows c/d feb 2017 off 56 this is a terrible race.Ran ok over 1m2fs on tuesday wrong trip andf out again quickly..if they have it right you'd expect a a gamble so betting will say everything about chances..on last years best form would be near enough fav..

Waste of time both drop out of stalls no pace on and lord murphy drifts to 4.3 from 3.1 in 2 minutes and of course the horse with turn of foot presence process wins the race,waste oif time these lingfield races every race run the same..

Paul Nicholls does make me laugh - with reference to Zarkandar he declares today that the Triumph and Betfair Hurdle winner is always better in small fields.

Although born to win is now exposed keeps running well,last time he ran over kemptons c/d beat another of tomorrow runners nezar in a 0-80 tomorrow a 0-75 nezar 3 pound better in,that looked a better race than tomorrows although still competitve they look the obvoous ones to be at least running for places..Think glory of paris will be winning more races looked nice horse last season running some decent times over 7fs,hasn't run for a long while,but still potentially an improver maybe worth a saver 11-10/1 as long term think will be best horse in the race...

Bluff cragg looks hard to win with,usually runs well over this c/d changed trainers from richard huges to philip mc bride looked a little unlucky in running 6th to dance teacher and last time out a little one paced in 5th,those were 0-85 and 0-80 tomorrowe gets dropped into a 0-75 is only 4 pound higher than when winning over c/d and this doesn't look a particularly strong race,ew chances..Looks a better horse if can get to the front or off a fast pace,so won't want another slowly run race which will be completely against him.

Lord murphy 11/4 365/betway / Bookmaker 14/1 365/skybet/betfred/totesport/betway

Lord murphy runs in the second division was in same race as sir jamie another thats been given new headgear the last twice and similarly looks to have ew chances on that time on the clock again was the other finishing off the pace anotherr that will be pace reliant was aroud 3 1/2ls quicker than presence priocess tomorrows favourite hopefully they won't dawdle as has been the norm recently.I could see present priocess getting a soft lead in the race if that happens then will probably win if doesn't get taken on and may finf lord murphy not getting race run to suit...Bookmaker a veteran now only runs off 52 with claimer taking 7 off in this race and wouldn't be total surprise if ran well won off this mark jan 2017 and claimer takes off that 7 pound,followed that up with a 2nd over tomorrows c/d feb 2017 off 56 this is a terrible race.Ran ok over 1m2fs on tuesday wrong trip andf out again quickly..if they have it right you'd expect a a gamble so betting will say everything about chances..on last years best form would be near enough fav..

Waste of time both drop out of stalls no pace on and lord murphy drifts to 4.3 from 3.1 in 2 minutes and of course the horse with turn of foot presence process wins the race,waste oif time these lingfield races every race run the same..
