Could be the most open festival I remember for some time.

Off top of my head i cant think of any absolute ‘certainty’ or odds on shot.

Even Lossiemouth will be odds against in Mares with Gordons Woodhooh in that race.

Champion Hurdle is an absolutely desperate renewal.

Yeah Ive never seen it this open before

I still believe she was knocked sideways last year by State Man as he came down. I rewatched it and haven't changed my mind.
State Man banged her when he got up. Also banged into Jacks broken leg.

If race was tomorrow Id be on her.

Gordon Elliott said on Racing TV that Brighterdaysahead had a knee problem when she ran in last year's Champion Hurdle. He thought that she was already beaten when she jumped the second hurdle.

I don't think Lossiemouth was ever travelling, she looked uncomfortable after 3 hurdles.

Fair play to Brighterdaysahead, she did that well.

Winner of the CH in March? Absolutely no idea!

January was an awful punting month. I wasn't expecting to get a chunk of it back today. It's a stupid game.
Don't sweat it , everyone has their purple patches & times where they feel like they're just getting humped

Couldn’t back him but Inothewayurthinkin is 14/1 for tomorrow. Surely has to run into a place to be considered for Cheltenham?

Ok, but that’s different to saying State Man banged into her and cost her the race.

We’ll see, come March.
Misinterpreted what ive said i suspect. Just confirming to Jinny State Man did bang into BDA.

Golden Ace was always going to finish in front of her regardless. Just not this year

They have to get a real run into his legs surely. Do they really expect him to go from 0-100 in March? This is their last chance

Although they showed little of horses in parade ring from the short few seconds Lossiemouth didn't seem to look herself there either

I don’t agree, but it will be good race this year. Competitive, if lacking in real quality.

Agree on the good race bit, doesnt have to be full of grade 1 animals for it to be a good betting heat and watch.

Somehow, i can see Con Hill going off fav, if he wins his flat race anyway. Leave that for the other thread though
