    Getting older

One answer to what you can try (to slow down the perception of time increase with age) might lie in understanding why we have a perception that time passes quicker as we get older (and yes ofc I personally notice it, too, and I just passed 64)... Fortunately, I don't have to write it up in my...

    Self-publishing a book

This might be just for interest, but have a look at this image. These (in column A) are some of the high-level online search terms that could result in sales (I can't attach the full spreadsheet so had to take a limited screen capture but can send it if you ever want it). Volume in column C =...

    Self-publishing a book

If you can get it in front of the right eyeballs this would make a fantastic Christmas/Birthday present for the older football fan (and some youngsters, too). Congratulations on getting it done.

I'm going to row in with EBT's Guard at 100-1 with a few Willie Muir's runners in big races can cause surprises. The run at Goodwood a couple back says some ability is there (Treasure Time behind, and may well have been in the first 6 in the betting if running here), EBT's will likely have no...

Yep I guess that was possible. Given the Horton yard is Newmarket-based (I think/pretty sure), and they surely want to get some prize money out of Navagio this season, plus the Haydock race is valuable enough to want to win in its own right - the fact they've gone the Haydock route suggests they...

It's a similar principle, just this way lays them out very easy to see as you see mine in the image. If you bookmark them, they go on the bookmark bar. Pretty much the same result, but as you add bookmarks it eventually pushes off the oldest so it's out of immediate view You can still get to...

See the shortcuts just under the 'search the web' bar. One of them should say 'add shortcut'. Click on that, get your URL, insert it, give it a name (eg S3 bus) That should be it, a clickable link every time you go on Edge. You can add others like WH, RP etc

That's on your original doc, right? Let's give a quick try to the alternative solution, if it works I think you'll like it. What browser do you normally use?

OK, then it does indicate they (the IT guys) did something (on the computer/laptop) to make the VPN work. Or somehow what they did has changed the way that links in a doc operate (ie they now try to open a file on the device rather than open a link via a browser). Try this... If a link in a...

Yes disabled = switched off. Try the link in this doc (if you can open it). If it works, I'll add the others and send again. If it doesn't, I'll pm you an email address and you can send me yours, I'll take a look at it and see if anything looks wrong.

OK yeah I have no problem reaching that. And I can see from the image, it doesn't look like you're going to the URL on the internet when you control/click. It's trying to open a file on your computer, that's why you get the message. Try it with the VPN disabled (if you haven't already and know...

If you're still connected to the SuperVPN VPN, it's possible it doesn't like the URLs for some reason, although that would be odd. Can you post one of the URLs in here and let's see if I can reach it? Just copy it from the URL bar at the top (assuming you're on laptop) and paste in here - it...

Well I tried it with Bitdefender, connecting to a Manchester IP/data centre (obviously while in the UK anyway)...and sure enough WH wouldn't accept it. Seems they may have 'improved' their systems. I got the same message you did. B3 have a much wider global reach than most other bookies anyway...

BB just short headed out of 3rd, but that was on the cards throughout the last 100 yards. Just not good enough on the day. May have been inconvenienced by running centre track throughout - the winner came up stands side. Front 4 well clear of the rest.

Watch out Navagio, declared Haydock as well (with RK up). Been watching it for a few days, I suspect they'll go where the ground is softest.
