Hmm, well as a relative newbie I have to say that I have experienced none of the issues Mark has detailed. I think this forum is great, always busy and plenty of posts to read, and everyone was very welcoming when I joined.
Isn't it odd that people have such different perceptions... There has to be a reason for this. And my guess is, it's down to the individual and how they go about integrating into the forum.
I hope this makes sense. I'm on some really interesting drugs at the moment!
