I ordered some books the other day & I usually have them delivered first class but decided as one of the books was for my son's revision I paid extra for express delivery, which is Royal mail special delivery 1pm, all books were instock yet only one book turned up via SD, the others turned up two days later by RM van shrug::
It says on their website that sometimes they have to split deliveries due to oversized books etc but surely if I paid express next day delivery for the whole order they all should have arrived by SD even if they were in separate parcels? :suspect:

Aldaniti if the books were all posted at the same time and you have proof of postage you should be able to claim the postage back from Royal Mail. Have you checked Amazons terms and conditions?

All the books were dispatched on Monday, only one came by SD on Tuesday, the others came by ordinary post (1st class) & arrived today, Amazon did not send the others by SD which I can't understand shrug::

The only thing I found on the site was that they can send things separately, but if I paid for the express delivery why didn't they send all the books by SD shrug::

Have emailed them but as yet no reply!
