About a dozen or so years ago i worked at a petrol station in a very rough area. One evening my car was vandalised by some of the local vermin who lived in the council estate across the road. I also had a motorbike turned over by the same people. But i bided my time, and when i left the job a couple of friends and i trawled the area, found the culprits and beat the living shit out of them. Wrong? Sure. No doubt they didn`t learn any valuable lessons....but it made me feel a hell of a lot better. Justice is the term i`d use.

By the way, i was not offended by the statement above,although it was way off the mark and does not concur with my views.
