Big spread in Sunday Times following Navarro doping case in US where he has just been sentenced to five years and ordered to repay $25.8 million deemed to the amount won by his doped runners. More about Baffert and claims that “horse in Britain fail post race drugs tests, often for corticosteroids. Trainers offer similar explanation to Baffert’s and the sanctions here are as inconsequential as in the US”

The article is accompanied by “that” picture of Gordon Elliot although what that’s got to do with it escapes me.
