I liked Flaxen for this too as always seems to run well in these big handicaps but not coming over it seems

IRVING NOT CERTAIN FOR BETFAIR

Nicholls said of Irving, who is unbeaten in three starts since arriving from Germany: "I'd be very concerned if the ground got very testing at the weekend, so we'll have to see how it unfolds.

"We're keen to run, but he's not the biggest or most robust and he definitely wants decent ground. He'll get an entry in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham but I want to run him in the Supreme and if he doesn't run on Saturday, he could go for the Dovecote at Kempton instead."

Smashing was very impressive on his 2 runs/wins in Ireland so far. Would love the ground on Sat for the Betfair.

Has Smashing any Festival entry does anyone know?

Has no entries at Cheltenham in the big races anyway.

Jumps road wins me 3/4 bag - I think he looks very well h'capped

Alavain fun each way bet that would double my stakes

All for places as well - anyone placed = money back

I have all 3 at silly prices at just hope they all run and run well.

Vasco is certainly one that is on my radar. Looks decent price.

Recession Proof off the same mark as when he won this 3 years ago, before finishing 5th in THAT supreme Novices (Al Ferof, Spirit Son, Sprinter Sacre, Cue Card), not sure this will be his day though, would have thought better ground and the County Hurdle will be the time they strike.
