They regularly have maintenance on the site - generally early in the morning or during racing.

One of the issues i've always had with Betfair has been when you have a book on a race, ante-post and day of the race and you lose overall but win on one of the markets - they charge you commission anyway. I've just had a commission rebate on the Gold Cup where I lost overall and ante-post but won on the day. Anyone know when they started doing this?
