I was wondering if any of our esteemed members or Del are attending this weekend?

Anybody any thoughts or opinions on the racing etc?

I will not be there.

Golden Horn has the weather forecast on his side

nothing very original but Ballydoyle and Air Force should win the big two for youngsters

I will be there.

In the unlikely event I need to buy a drink on the day, given an capall's attendance, I will be getting the price of it by backing Ornate e/w @ 13/2 in the 1.55 Doncaster tomorrow.

could be an absolutely belting race if GH, Glen, FE & Cirrus all take their chance but the way this flat season has gone the rain will probably mess it up.

Damn close

Fancy the two fillies could be the value in the Champion Stakes

I live beside the course. It was p!ssing down when I got home from work yesterday. Belting down when I went to bed last night. And it's still hooring down now, as I have my brekkie. 5 runners I'd say.

GO CDA! A bit concerned about lto and the injury but if the going is softening he could ran a big race.

Backed CDA at 12s last night but the R4s will be savage

On Irish Champions Weekend, the going at Leopardstown is now Yielding, Good in places (outer track), Yielding, Soft in places (inner track). There was 27mm of rain overnight. The rain has now cleared and the weather forecast is dry and sunny today. The featured Group One Qipco Irish Champion Stakes has been moved from race seven on the card to race five at 5.45pm, to make first use of the outside track.
Found has been backed from 11/ to 7/1 while French raider Cirrus Des Aigles has shortened to 8/1 from 12s.
The first of eight races is off at 3.30pm.
Meanwhile, the ground at the Curragh is now Good (round course) and Good to Yielding (straight track) following 9.7mm of rain overnight. The forecast is dry today with a risk of light showers on Sunday.

Leop 3.30

Seventh Heaven is very big price on Betfair's e/w market. 29 at the minute. Madness.

Looked far worse than the Donny incident

whip in different hand
long distance in the post
1st beating third and not the runner up
in England would have been easy decision, in Ireland some doubts but best horse by far won in the day
