I live in Cheltenham and it hasn't rained all day so not sure where you are getting your info from?

Plenty of tools out there to form your own opinions and not rely on the people in charge, who themselves, sometimes, have ulterior motives to be guarded in what they say, for fear they could cause withdrawals...
