Cheltenham - Wednesday - What are you backing?

Did Might Bite not fall at Kempton before smashing them in the RSA. Sure he didn’t have another run after Kempton

Same stats/trends don't apply to all big races. But according to my data no prev winner of the RSA since 2000 fell LTO, will have to double check....

Could be wrong but I think Might Bite fell at Kempton then ran at Doncaster before going to Cheltenham

I've gone in heavyish ew 4 places 7/2. Not the kind of bet I normally consider but, barring mishap, losses should be minimal.

Minella Indo is a poor price. Won in a bog there last year. Champ is the classiest horse in the field and if he can put in an average jumping round he'll have them all beat.

I'm worried about Allaho. I think he could be a Gold Cup horse next year.

In other news, Might Bite won a confidence-boosting diddy race at Donny at 1/7 after falling at Kempton.

Edit - typing as simmo posted.

My first cousin's sister in law bred Israel Champ.
Great excitement in the Forde household as a result.
Dave Noonan hopefully gets a good ride from Repetitio.
Martin Brassil has a chance in the first to repeat last year's win.
If Tiger Roll does not finish in the first four today for any reason he does not qualify for Grand National; how fair is that ?
Hope Kilfenora gives Eddie Harty a lift .

Heart ruling head today I'm afraid !!!

Best of luck, Ed.

This place is always a lesser place without your contributions and input.

I cannot see Emitom out the first three tomorrow.

I wouldn't put anyone off a saver on Ronald Pump either.

Good luck to Paisely Park but there are genuine each way angles.

Camera angle shocking on the race. I turned round in a right mood thinking Champ was done to see him fly to the finish

So my top rated won despite the negative LTO faller stat, glad I did a saver so nothing lost, my ratings actually gave the 1,2 but didn't do an exacta doh!

I don't begrudge it for that turn of foot at the end.

I done exactly the same thing. Absolutely love this horse and I thought his sticky jumping lost the race. Some engine though.

BG on RacingTV said he knew the leaders were in trouble when he saw them jump the last and from then he though he would catch them.

Curious about the ride Might Bite got. Never put in it right from the off. Wonder what the target could be.

Just put that on Twitter. Strange ride/tactics. Not blaming Nico, must have been tactics. But some of them dogs in that should be nowhere near him, even when past his best.

Although Gordon seems to be happy and it's all roads to Aintree, Tiger Roll did not return to the winners' enclosure on veterinary advice.
