The one horse i was looking at tomorrow was buxton but 4/1 think i will leave it,the race it came out of has worked out brilliantly was hoping for nearer 10s slightly optimistic by the looks.:lol:
 
Thanks for replys,i very much doubt there will be any bets tomorrow or wednesday just finished the kempton card diabolical,if buxton had been 10/1 then i wouldv'e backed it but not at that price.Nice start to the week though,pity vanilla hadn't placed was a risky bet really as fanning knows how to ride it and think its a certainty to win again as it is a difficult ride but maybe value next time out.
 
Stew i only backed it because i saw your post when i logged in,i presumed it was even shorter having seen 5/1 last night incredible drift,that form of that race has worked out brilliantly.Did you have a bet on it stew!!
 
Yes i had a little win bet on it at 9/1 and layed off IR at 1.2, remember it ran in that Free for all race(start of thread) well beaten but had been in good form prior to that, also Ingram said he'd regained his old sparkle! Cheers.
 
Good man glad i mentioned it on the other thread;):lol:.I've had it on my to follows list since its last run and been backing from that race religiously,futher back on this thread i put up silvee as a trade bssed on that race at 25/1 went off 5/1 and came 4th to eager to bow so the form keeps working out.And to me buxton was absolutely pulling double,i wouldn't have had a decent bet with 7 runners anyway,thanks for posting the price was very lucky as i have the sound down on the racing and wouldn't have known unless i looked on here.:blink:
 
Nine winners have come out of that race,but loads of them have placed numerous times as well,no bet tomorrow and i'm not sure about thursday as i've already done the cards.Unless there's some fancy prices around then there may not be a bet then either,not unless there's some more drifters.:lol:
 
Been reading this thread since you started, but I'm not keen on following your picks because whenever I do, it seems to be one of your rare failures, I must be a Jonah!
I'm the worst form student in the World, I can never read between the lines and I invariably come to the conclusion that the favourite is "a good thing" but it rarely is.
Good luck anyway, but I don't think it is luck in your case is it? It's hard work and intuition, so probably better to say keep up the good work!
 
There is only one problem with this thread.

Since following this thread from early doors, I've so far had break-ups of beautiful and what I thought would be long-term meaningful relationships with Bet365, Boyles and Bluesquare. But, they don't love me anymore and have sent me their "Dear John" goodbye emails emphasizing "it's not you; it's me" kiss-off.

A possibility i might get this one wrong ref,the trade as its a very competitive race and there are 6/7 in with a chance.If taking the form at face value you'd have this the same price as mazij around 9-10/1 has finished twice behind mazij this season but has pull of 7 pounds for the defeat of a length over c/d.The race being run in 2m37.03 mazij has gone onto finish just behind two of tomorrows runners admiral duque and lockmaster they are handicapped to finish close up to each other again and priced at 8s the pair.
The race was won in a time of 2m36.84 very little difference in times between the two races follow the flag would have a turnaround with all three on those formlines.I'm just going to stick with the trade as its so competitive but at double the price of horses he's run just as quick as at the prices looks a value trade.

:lol: All i can say is fella just back them all,or play safe with trades 90% of the trades are winners you could just bet that way and guarantee something.
I don't know what the strike rate is winners % or ews and i hate anyone losing if they're backing something i've said but obviously if youi'd done every bet the actual bets are worth 10x more than the trades.Sooner or later there wil be a bad run,usually its between december and march,but been lucky with the weather so hopefully it will continue.:whistle:
 
With your knowledge of the formbook could you make it pay (or have you tried) betting in the ten minutes before the race when there is liquidity on Betfair?
 
Tend to steer away from betfair as much as possible,i try to stay two days ahead so even when the racings on i'm still doing the form.Like at the moment i'm just finishing off fridays and tomorrow afternoon will be doing saturdays.In the summer its just a complete nightmare,i used to do every meeting and every race i can't do it anymore so stick to certain tracks and race distances.I try and avoid all the big meetings although keep track of all the 2yr olds as there's loads of great value following them through the season.
 
3k traded on it on Betfair which suggests it should be shortening. Still hanging around the 16.5 mark.
 
Took stake back,at one point thought there was a profit in this.Can't see anybets on these dire cards at the moment one bet every three days.:(
 
It looks like one layer in the last hour is happy to lay it at 23 and bigger. Nothing up to back it.
