Beautiful, very charismatic, Gamla. You don't realise how the mundane can be made to look quite mysterious, even haunting, until you get a really good photographer or film-maker behind the lens. The final shots of the runners is lovely - I didn't realise that Santa Anita boasted such a fine backdrop of mountains.

Oh it's absolutely stunning Kri. Well worth a visit if you can get over there.
Well, if I'm not reduced to flogging the Bigishooo outside Brighton Station (don't you have a nice granny who'd like my over-60's flat??), I do want to visit San Diego Zoo (it's on an expanding Bucket List), and that looks a beaut. Would like to add some US racing to another visit, which was lacking on previous ones, bar one trip to Centennial (?) many eons ago.
