Does Anyone Know How I Can Send Euro's To

I assume this is a service my bank will be able to provide as I obviously don't want to send cash. It's a present for a 16 years olds Birthday.

Any advice appreciated.
 
The cheapest way I know of to send is by an international bank transfer, but you will still pay for administraqtion and currency conversion costs and you will need full IBAN and SWIFT details of a bank account in Germany into which to transfer the money. It takes about a week.

It might work out simpler to buy them something on the net via amazon or the like and have it delivered to them.

My God daughter is off to New Zealand for 6 months and I wanted to send her some money to help her on her way.

I will pop into my bank later and see what they advise. It can't be that difficult can it? shrug::
