Sunday's cards. My ideas of the winners (from assumed runners) are emboldened. Anybody know if Captain Cee Bee runs?

I'd be particularly interested in seeing Kazal in the Drinmore, anyone know if he's an intended runner? Looking at the Hatton's Grace you would have to wonder how many will turn up, there's definitely going to be plenty of staying hurdles to be hoovered up handily enough this year (a la Solerina)... nice to see Glencove Marina entered, he looks an interesting sort for this season.

Lot depends on the ground.. currently yielding, but good deal of rain forecast over the next couple of days..

On, good ground Megan's Joy would be very much of interest in the Royal Bond.. serious mare on good ground..

Captain Cee Bee reported in the Post as an intended runner btw AC..

French Accordion would be my winner of the Drinmore on a sound surface, but I doubt whether he'll be suited by the ground come Saturday.. Sky's the Limit looked impressive the last day (though it probably wasn't a great race) but hopefully he can built on that race..

I laid a friend of mine evens on Cork All Star winning another race over hurdles this season.I thought his last run proved nothing and he will have a lot to prove in Grade 1 company.

Cashmans have Captain Cee Bee in at 10/1.....that has to be a joke..right?

Sounds like Kazal could make his debut in the Drimore.

Forecast is awful...maybe not as bad as last year when the card was called off after the Royal Bond but similar enough.

Cashmans priced up Captain Cee Bee at 10/1....Paddy Power go 4/1 this morning. Who in Cashmans could possibly think he would be a 10/1 shot...joke of a price.

Maybe Cashman's weather forecaster is more pessimistic:

CEE BEE TEAM ON WEATHER-WATCH

By Keith Hamer, PA Sport

Eddie Harty is hoping the rain stays away from Fairyhouse ahead of the Bar-One Racing Royal Bond Novice Hurdle on Sunday.

The Curragh trainer warns he will not run Captain Cee Bee in the Grade One contest if the ground is heavy.

The six-year-old, owned by JP McManus, has won his two hurdle races this autumn, both at Punchestown, in impressive fashion.

"I couldn't have asked him to do any more than he's done so far," said Harty.

"He won his maiden hurdle well and it was probably the best maiden hurdle run in Ireland this year.

"He then stepped up against other winners with a couple of older ones in it and he couldn't have been more impressive.

"He's come out of that last race very well. The only proviso I would have is that if we got too much rain and the ground went heavy, he wouldn't run.

"All things being equal, he'll run on Sunday. It's a hot race and it's entitled to be - it's a Grade One - but he's in good form."

Should the ground become unsuitable at Fairyhouse, Captain Cee Bee could be switched for a return visit to Punchestown a week later.

"If he doesn't go on Sunday there's a Listed hurdle at Punchestown the following Sunday. We'll re-route there if the ground is right," Harty continued.

"But if it turns into a wet winter it wouldn't worry me unduly if we have to leave him off until the spring.

"There will be loads of options then. The obvious one is the Supreme Novices' at Cheltenham and that would be his target at this moment in time.

"He's got a good cruising speed, he picks up well and they go a good pace there.

"He should be suited by it."

Best-priced 2/1 about Cork All-Star looks tight enough given what she's actually achieved over hurdles thus far.. however, I would doubt that either Captain Cee Bee or Megan's Joy will run if the weather is as bad as they're saying.. Jered wouldn't be suited by cut either..

4/1 about Megan's Joy "with a run" looks slightly tempting, though whether they would actually lay it is another question altogether.. wouldn't think Murphy will risk her unless the ground is right..

I dont even know how they considered the Hennessy for a horse they are aiming at the Arkle. He is due to run in the Drimore if the going is ok.

Doesn't look likely that French Accordion is going to get the fast ground he thrives on..

Was really taken with Megan's Joy at Down Royal.. remember you mentioned her as well Bobbyjo..

In Dublin last week we were advised that connections of Chateau D'Eau were tearing their hair out when the Cheltenham bumper was abandoned, I see he is entered up twice at Fairyhouse this weekend, in a bumper and a maiden hurdle.

An absolutely desperate forecast for today and particularly tomorrow. The ground could end up extremely testing by Sunday and Sunday itself is due more rain and high winds.

Glad to hear it's going to be testing. There's not a horse in training I'm looking forward to more than Kazal. I hope he jumps them senseless.

Absolutely astonishing that the word yielding was in the going description given out today..

Ground will be very heavy come Sunday anyway..

There wasn't a complete deluge overnight and (Sat AM) the skies are blue and the wind is strong. I am not sure it is going to be bottomless.

Got it wrong on the ground front indeed.. wasn't that testing for the first few races but was certainly genuinely soft by the last few races..

Catch Me was impressive, though Big Zeb is most definitely one to look forward to once he goes over fences..

Notre Pere had a nice introduction to fences I thought.. lost all chance when he dived to the left at three out (IIR) but stayed on nicely to grab second at the death.. will be seen to better effect over 3 miles+..
