Search the web for people and businesses.
From any Hotmail screen, click Options on the right side of the screen.
On the left side of the page, click Contacts, and then Search Directories.
Select the directory you would like to use.'
You have to be logged on to your own hotmail account to access this feature, the only thing is just tried it myself and I keep getting directed to windows live not a directory list.
Know directory lists did exist as used to use but have not in a few years now!
