Reckon his Queen Anne run is more a measue of his true ability.

I said after the Guineas that Notable Speech is a speed horse and Charlie Appleby confirmed that view today.
Despite all the headscratching about the SJP,it's fairly obvious that he didn't stay that stiff test off a strong pace,and he's had no other entry except this sharp !m.
Took 15/2 a while back and intended lumping on again, until Rosallion was taken out.
Still think him a good thing,with Maljoom a possible threat if the blinds work.

Noble Speech should bounce back today. Aiden's lacks the creds and should not be fav in my opinion

You could be right Reet. I got the impression Rosallion beat Aiden's a lot easier than it may have looked and he could be overrtated

Gonna give Blue Prince a final chance in the last. He was disappointing last time at Chester and I fired him off the tracker after that run but his run at Goodwood behind Qirat has worked out very well and at 10s he's worth an each way.

Mixed for me today. I noticed some very large prices perform well on good to firm good in places... and also not bad jockeys either.
I envision some upsets here which is why it's mostly yankees/reverse forecasts but, have a few single ew on the big priced nags..

Deserved win for Crowley in 1425 Doyle knows the rules cut across him had a feelinh it would be revised.. rare as hell for that to happen!

I don't think Henry is so much overrated as he is running over the wrong trip. A small field race on fast ground at Goodwood is not enough of a stamina test. Nice to see the Guineas winner back, I always think a turn of foot merchant performing on the Downs in high summer is one of the highlights of the flat season.

Personally thought false favourite particularly as the ground wasn't ideal for him. Even said no to henry winning the race on paddy beat the drop
Spot on,Euro - as he showed ar Ascot,he needs a stiffer test.
Reckon he's being trained for the Irish Champion Stakes,myself.

He's never raced beyond a mile and Goodwood is undulation enough over a mile to take some getting His run at Ascot was a good effort but apart from that he simply hadn't achieved much. hence my comments about him lacking the creds to be favourite.
Noble Speech V Rosallion will be worth waiting for if it happens

Won that well enough although Billyjoh had a horror run through (predictably with that draw)Joined you on Blue Prince,Euro (and got a 25% boost with B365).
Had a pig of a trip from a bad draw at Chester,and easily forgiven,imo.
Rekon COT goes to York, if so,Leopardstown looks a natural.

There was 2 mile races he could have run in but never entered so Ireland could be on the cards but that will be a real big ask..I saw 25/1 and 40/1 about him

Only managed to watch the Sussex as I was mid trek over here as staying overnight (it’s a very long way on a hot day...fortunately my car is a convertible!). But suitably impressed by Notable Speech. His speed was always going to kick in on a track like this and I’m pleased for the team that he’s back on song. I too would like to see him take on Rosallion again.
