Guaranteed Bank Accounts?

On my travels around the net regarding business bank accounts etc I've come across a large amount of companies offering guaranteed business bank accounts, but what I don't understand is that they say it will be with one of the high street banks, yet if you had adverse credit issues a high st bank would not let you open an account so how can one of these companies do it then? shrug:: :suspect:

Are these the same companies who used to offer the credit repair cons of a few years ago?

Some of the advice relates to personal guaranteed bank accounts - but it is in the same vain.

When it comes to financial matters there a few things that I can't find the answer to on either the Motley Fool (http://www.fool.co.uk) or the MoneySavingExpert sites.
