Happy Birthday Brian

Happy Birthdays Brian and Diver - sorry I missed this yesterday!

However, you are both eclipsed by my venerable Uncle Ernest, who celebrates his 90th birthday today. A veteran of the Burma Railway, brilliant gardener, did much for various charities over the years and generally a good egg!

Hopefully, he'll emulate his mother, who made it to 99 with all marbles intact.

Happy Birthday Brian! Not a great day on the betting front but surely that will change next week.

See them together, you can't tell them apart, AC. Well, that's mainly when DIVER stands in front of Brian... <_<

Thanks to those who did it on Wednesday and those who did it on Thursday (and those who might do it today) - thanks all. Now, did someone delete one of my postings?

But there's only you, Col, or Ardross able to delete postings, Brian. Ruling yourself out for a moment, that leaves (what a Miss Marple she is!) Col and Ardross. So, was it Col with the candlestick, or Ardross with The Law Society Review Vols 350-678?

Most odd - what I said was in response to the question asking whether Diver and I were brothers. I said that we weren't related but that we used to do a variety act together. We had to stop when the music-hall theatre refused to put our stage name of Muff & Diver up in lights...

   To the variety act, Brian! Blimey, someone's had a humour bypass if they took that off! And as for your three days of congratulations, well of course, my dear, you are our very favourite old queen...
