He still has a problem with necks

Well done, Collywobbles! That's it - massive canvas, too, very imposing. Worth Googling up about the horse and the painting's history. Hugely copied (as in very popular) picture as it transcends the ages to reflect the muscular elegance of a young, fit, and perky animal.
 
David Dent has been a member of a few forums over the years - I think he was Greed Green Desert over at TRF. I found him to be reasonable value but he was clearly mental.....like all good artists should. Plus, the big brunette strap he used as a model was more than happy to fetch them out for his website, so its difficult to find much downside to the bloke.

His paintings are also really good. Much better than the bendy-horse Victorian wank that usually passes for equine art.
