The one-a-night stuff isn't too bad - especially when washed down with a large vodka, I find!! It doesn't always work though.

Here you go, James - having spent Monday afternoon trawling the pharmacies in Gib & finding out that they have recently tightened the laws regarding the sale of prescription drugs over the counter (not so long ago you could buy what you wanted) and that no-one would sell me anything (getting a prescription wasn't an option as you can wait forever to get an appointment in the health centre which is hell on earth), in desperation I tried a concoction of Nytol one-a-night, a dose of Night Nurse and two glasses of wine - bingo! Knocked out for the night!!
