Racing Twitters new debate, started by Dave Jennings.
Sean Bowen or Paul Townend?
Bowen won the polls.
Exclusion orders are issued by an independent disciplinary officer "in instances where a person's presence on premises licensed by the BHA, or association with racing's participants, is undesirable in the interests of racing based on their conduct".By the way, what does the ban actually involve?
Is it non-involvement in any racing operation/organisation, not being allowed into racecourses (how do you enforce that?), not being allowed to bet, visit yards?
