Judgement of pace

The Balymore trial should prove interesting from the pace angle.
Simon Rowlands reckons Pembroke (2/1) should be odds on,and he's clear of Henri The Second (7/2) on both ORs and T/S, plus he receives 5lb.
There's more to pace than speed imo,and the former's t/s figure comes from 2m around a sharp Ludlow on g/s ground, whereas PN's charge earned his at a stiff Sandown on sft.
It seems fairly straightforward that HTS should prevail today, on form, and hopefully show there's more to pace than just being quick.

Hope it’s not that straightforward, reet, Pembroke is my big bet of the week. Suppose I’ll have to cover some of it now :lol:
