Justice?

Yes - clear case of possible mistaken identity.Nobody could have convicted on that evidence .

Just the usual pink, frilled, crotchless ones that judges love, Kathy?
I told you that story doing the rounds at the Bar about Lady Butler-Sloss' underwear in confidence !

It's almost certainly a case of mistaken identity - the girl said the chap was in the first carriage but the judge always travels in the second. Very groovy pants - I thought only young men wore those!

As I understand it, she followed him from the station to the courts and took his photograph. Perhaps he has a doppelganger working at the same place?

Did he produce proof that he ALWAYS travels in the second carriage?

If, as you say, nobody could convict on that evidence, why did the police and the prosecution service waste everyone's time and money?

Hopefully he was guilty because he couldn't have got a much worse sentence than having the whole thing in the public gaze. God love anyone who is truly innocent under such circumstances.

Small world isn't it?!

I noticed this piece on the end of the BBC piece on this subject on-line:

"Sir Stephen has overseen several high-profile hearings, including the case brought by the family of Jean Charles de Menezes, seeking action against police officers over the killing of the Brazilian at Stockwell Tube station in south London."

Wrong . She followed him in January not in October when she said that he exposed himself.
