Better than Punchestown? I suppose it is when you add in Kempton on Stephen's Day and the Welsh National the day after. The new Dublin Festival will be another big highlight.

In any case I'm hoping to be there on days 2, 3 and 4 and looking forward to seeing some of the forum stalwarts.

Will you be there yourself, PJ?

It's a tough one Art to compare them all, I love the Christmas meet because of the crowds and the fact it's the likely first time we see big clashes, the bumpers have amazing depth and the novice races are full of young hyped horses. Helps that Kempton and Chepstow are equally stacked.

The Feb meet was amazing last year.

Punchestown is great too but sometimes has an end of season feel to it

I live in Dublin so I get out of it at Xmas so don't better to Leopardstown

Should catch a few of you.

It would finish most of us PJ !
Hope to make Leop day 2.3.4 same as Art.
Ruby must want to win every Irish Grade 1 to say Limerick Wed is on his agenda.
Just wondering how many he will add to the gate and is he getting appearance money ? (even if for Injured Jockeys Fund )

What about back to back Stephen's Day wins for Lady in Lavender edgt?!

She travelled well in Cork off a steady pace before the mistake did for her, that ought to have knocked the freshness out of her a bit.

John joe plenty entered up too.

Design matters 125L 4/1
Band of outlaws 1220L 9/4

In the 1200 at down royal SNUGSBOROGH HALL drops back to 2.5 m his best distance imo but has been backed into 6/4 from 4s and im taking him on with GROTESQUE 7/2

Buckie Cullen 1.25 Limerick could be one for an ew docket.
trainer hopeful of a decent show.
12.20 Limerick a competitive race also with 3 or 4 strong candidates.
Tom Hogan hopeful Aim For Glory will be decent in time but may find tomorrow hot.

Fancy Daly Tiger tomorrow in the novice hurdle at Leopardstown.

Solomn Grundy benefits from a big swing at the weights with De Name Escapes Me and happy to take a chance at 10s there, although it's a deep race.

The 2 mile chase tomorrow will have some pace in it

Geraghty rides Ballyoisin. Don't think McCoy would have had the same approach

should be a good'un

hope great field puts a clean round in and we get to see if he really is the real deal in a strong 2m chase

Young Joseph won't hear of defeat the way he has been talking about Sir Erec. Only needs to be pointed in the right direction.

Just had a good bet at 2.1 on the machine..get some Thai whiskey in if it wins

I glanced only at that.....Sometimes horses fool you into thinking they are better than they actually are............Ballyoshin might be one but I really liked his last win so having a few quid on him.

As for Great Field taking on Altior......Patrick needs to start behaving himself :) get the eggs ready:D I'll go read what he's saying now
