I was gonna say a unisex race would distract me....but Azamour`s mind wasn`t 100% on the job last week and he did ok.
 
You're right Trudi, it did die a death!! I also agree with you over the comment on the swimming..... :lol:

I can move a bit myself but never County level or owt like that.
 
I was swiming (freestyle) a mile a day and walking 3.5 before asthma claimed my airways. Haven't really tried since, but I've just got round to buying a swimming hat (okay, pedants, it's a hat for swimming, but that's what the catalogue called it!) and as I'm only yards from two pools, I really SHOULD try again.

First, children, I shall demonstrate the Archimedes principle...

I nearly missed Shadow at Goodwood - I wondered who the tiny little blonde was, until I realized it was what's left of her after a serious weight loss. :o

Thanks for the implicit acknowledgement that I was obviously 1st. I've met a few people from here and can't stand any of them - all too posh ! ;)
 
Not me surely Ian?

Mo - I live about 18 miles from work (Dun Laoghaire to Saggart) and in the summer, if the weather is OK I cycle three times a week. I'd also do a bit of cycling at the weekend.

In the winter I do a class called spinning for an hour about 3 or 4 times a week - thats the simulation bit. It's not as enjoyable as the outdoor stuff.
 
She is certainly very trim but there are parts of Shadow Leader that have not diminished, thank God. No further correspondence will be entered into on this subject.
