I have an account with them all but I never leave funds in them. Back a winner and withdraw.

I don't blame you. It's been an eye opener for me. Cash is still king but since moving to Talkaght I rarely carry more than €200 (usually less) on me at any time.
 
I am soooo glad that I don't work for RBS telephone banking any more. No doubt the feckers would have been trying to get me to answer phones - cuntomer service just isn't my thing.

I understand that at times on Saturday there were nearly 700 people queuing on the phones - to put that in perspective, there are usually between 5-10 people queuing. :lol: Poor bastards.
 
Not in any way gloating but my wages went in on Friday as they should have and I was able to withdraw cash on Friday and Saturday, and print mini statement. No one else at work with Natwest has had problems.
Is the problem geographical or....?
