Oddschecker Pie Charts

Anyone know which criteria are used in creating the pie charts for 'most popular bets' at oddschecker?

They aren't a feature I tend to notice but they piqued my curiosity today when I saw William Henry was the most popular bet in the chart for the Lanzarote. I just wondered how a 25/1 shot can be the 'most popular bet'.
