I use this small programme to put data into a readable form.

Slightly off topic but, in that particular table, shouldn't the final heading be just 'Fair Odds'? If the figures are 'Fair Odds/1' you are compiling a book of 85%. If you deduct 1.0 from each odds figure shown (eg 4.18/1 on line one), it produces 100%.
 
You've got me thinking now, maths isn't my strong point.

This is the complete table with the final column being the minimum exchange odds that I would take.
