When the rain was in the Atlantic, the weather was coming from the West. Now there is a big high pressure over the Atlantic the weather is coming from the east !. Don't know what the weather 'experts' are saying in the medium term but usually when a big high pressure gets established in the Atlantic things improve .

was the field next to mine this morning - Wimborne (as you go over the bridge and look across the fields) is just a lake. Very beautiful, never seen it this flooded before - all the way up to the field its not far at all from the road, even allowing for the lack of rain today (one shower otherwise its been gorgeous) its not gone down any yet...
My field is more like this (Ive only just moved back to it so the woman didnt bother spraying in case you are wondering about our amazing collection of docks and thistles...) the white line that you can just about make out above the water is the electric fence....

I'm heading for a long weekend in Budapest tomorrow.
