I fancy Mick Channon might have a go. 23 on the machine without SS makes me think I'm probably wrong but I'd fancy him to follow him home if he did.

Can't see 6 turning up as the top 2 are gone already and it would not surprise me one bit if Sizing Europe went for the Ryanair as well. I believe Tataniano will go Ryanair and PN might just be thinking elsewhere for Sanctuaire. The boats too expensive for Realt Dubh's owner he'd rather spend the money on Guiness and it would be wishful thinking that Wishful Thinking will turn up..........That leaves a 2 horse race.

Taking it I am half wrong which is par for the course then 4 should turn up.

I'd worry that Sizing Europe wouldn't have the speed to cope these days and I have severe doubts if he'll turn up when he could easily win the Ryanair.......I think difference between winning the Ryanair and finishing 2nd to SS is about about 75K

Unless it really dries up and is on the good side of good to soft FR certainly wont run so we could easily be down to 6 or less

He's in danger of becoming the Frankel of the jumps beating the same horse over and over again.

Hopefully the Moulds being adventurous people will suggest he steps up in trip next season and let Simonsig stay at 2 miles if he win the Arkle well.

I know Nicky has said in the past he wont but he has been known to change his mind between shaves

Maybe you're right re. The speed angle but for me he's the only conceivable horse that could give him a race and he would have to be on his best day.clutching at straws to make a race really

i know he's only the stable jock but given what geraghty has said lately if they are going to avoid each other then i think simonsig will be sacrificed on the altar and be asked to step up in trip.

Hi Everyone,

On Thursday at 9am, Coral will go live with the most generous Cheltenham Festival offer of all time. The popular bookmaker are going to offer evens about Sprinter Sacre winning the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

Yes you did just read that right!
Evens about a horse currently trading at 1/4 to win next Wednesday’s championship race
Evens about a horse that hosed up in the Arkle twelve months ago
Evens that Sprinter Sacre essentially runs and jumps at the right time!
If you haven’t yet opened a Coral account, there will literally never be a better time to register with a bookie that might have other tricks up their sleeve over the next few days.

How to get even money on Sprinter Sacre
Open a new account by clicking on this link
Deposit and place up to £20 on Sprinter Sacre at evens
When the bet has been settled, Coral will give you a matched £20 free bet and your winnings
That’s right, you can get even money Sprinter and a £20 free bet from Coral! Cheltenham Festival offers don’t get any better than this.

There are two more great Cheltenham offers going live on Thursday at 9am:

1. Money back on all Supreme Novices’ Hurdle bets
The first of these comes from BetVictor who will be refunding ALL losses on bets placed on the Cheltenham Festival opener up to a maximum of £50 as a free bet. New customers can also qualify for an additional £100 free bet balance for next week’s meeting.

Sizing Europe's connections are leaning towards the QMCC in light of the weather forecast according to the RP .

As it now appears Sizing Europe may head to this race, can anyone of our forum members, especially those like Edgt with a great knowledge and recollection of the history of racing, write a preview or compose a write-up about what a dual between Sprinter Sacre and Sizing Europe would be like from a historical perspective???

Has a former Champion Chase winner with the numerous grade one wins Sizing has under his belt even been odds-against, as big as 6/1 in the betting, compared to a horse who has never run in the race and is an odds on shot?

And are there any other relevent comparisons that can be made here with other horses and duals from the past, does the past of this particular race tell us anything etc?

As an admirer of Sizing Europe I'm certainly in favour of boosting the dual up, and think it deserves it from a form book perspective at least!!!
