M'lud, I can show that my client has placed a bet, today, indeed, on a horse trained by A. Berry; I submit that my client is of an unsound mind and ask the court to absolve my client from all responsibility for any actions undertaken in the last 3 days.

His Honour:
Ah, you put forward a most compelling case there ... The court agrees and furthermore extends the ruling to cover your client's state of mind for a further 3 days after he realises what he's done.

I don't think he has ridden for Berry. He rode one called North South Divide the other day at Lingfield for Kevin Ryan -and gave it a shocker.

Ahh yes, I would echo that. It looked very Spenceresque, Done similar on Ghost Dancer at Kempton the other day also.
