Share Dealing

Can anyone recommend a decent online share dealing account? I've recently attempted to set one up with Barclays however have found it impossible to contact them on the phone to set up a password. As they don't reply to e-mails either they can shove it and I'll go somewhere else. I only want an account for occassional use, can anyone recommend one?

I'm with the Halifax and have had no problems with them apart from when you sell shares, it takes about 3 days for the money to be made "available" to then be debited to your bank account. Not sure if this is the same with all dealing accounts or not.

I have no problems with etrade.com or ubs.com
