Hold that thought - looks like it may have been the way I filtered the card. There's no betting against him at present though, so doesn't look all that good.

Have taken 50 for the Kim Muir, as a bit of cover.
 
3/1 nrnb is pretty decent for Altior. nicky won't risk him if he doesn't appear anything other than absolutely fine on the day.
 
Probably starts bigger even if he's declared, I reckon. Who could back him now, against the other two?
 
we had an almost identical situation with him 2 years ago and once he was cleared to run his price came back close to what it had been previously. think he goes off around 5/2 > 11/4 myself if he runs
 
He's two years older, he's not clear in the market, he's been beaten, he looks more workmanlike these days, he faces two very-talented, in-form, young thrusters........it's not an apples-for-apples comparison, for me.

Maybe you're right, but I reckon the layers will want to get him in the bag, with the other two running for them.
 
no it's not an apples for apples comparison, which is why he was around 6/4 two years ago and was 9/4 before this morning. i was against him anyway i just think if he does run you won't get 3/1 anywhere at the off but in fairness i don't think it'll be a massive difference. no chance he goes off fave now.

i've not bet it fwiw and will be firmly in the defi camp.
 
Not sure what you did with the RP card Grassy but Big River is 16th in with a 24 max. One scratching already with General Principle withdrawn, so 23 runners pending any further withdrawals.

He's in, 16th. 25 declared, Ice Cool Champs last to make the cut.

Pretty petty from Gord declaring General Principle and then pulling him which prevents Cesar et Rouille getting a run.
