Some race trends

5yo in champion stakes = 4/17

5yo geldings in Champion stakes = 1/2
5yo horse = 3/12

i thought you had it there David..yes geldings do well from the 2 runners ...but those with tackle do well too

its an odd one isn't it?

Thanks, EC, and good luck yourself.

I hope you're right. I'd love to see the favourite get turned over as it would mean that the blatant market manipulation earlier in the week would go unrewarded.

AOB's record in this as a whole isn't brilliant Gus..i know it looks like its a big target this time with this multi entry game..but his record in last 10 years is 3/19..AE 0.92..which is ok..but nowt special

yukatan is drawn in 2....in last 9 years a low third draw has given these results...1/25..AE = a paltry 0.39

so the fav is no gimme from there imo

(Smashed the SP to buggery too!)

Narrowing The Field have published this winning trend today

Paul Nicholls at Wincanton | Fields of 12 or less | Distances shorter than 23f | Aged 7yo or younger | NOT December or January

That has returned the following since the start of 2012…

65/126 | 52% S/R | +£85.24 BFLSP – Win & Place 91/126 | 72% S/R

It’s turned over profit in all of the last five seasons and amazingly the last FOURTEEN qualifiers have all won!
