Sorry everyone, was just about to post this last night when the forum went down :( I thought I had broken it!

Here is the leaderboard for the Notional part of the competition.

Congratulations to frontrunner who won with a fair bit in hand (mainly due to his shrewd bet on Uknowhatimeanharry at 20-1). Well done also to Roddy and zongalero, both of whom were a good bit ahead of the rest of us as well.

The prices for the end of February have been double checked and although it's possible that we have missed something it seems unlikely to have an affect on the overall final score.

Let me know if you see anything wrong though.

I'll post the full final portfolios soon (probably not till the weekend though) but meantime here are the totals by race (I've updated most of the names I think but some may still have the older version) and by horse (horses who won't be at the Festival for whatever reason are greyed out but I've only done the ones I'm sure of, there may be others too).

Congratulations, frontrunner, backing a horse at 20/1 that is now into best price 11/8 takes some doing.

Heaven knows how much you must have had on it to bring that about.

You'll be hard to beat in the main part of the competition too.

Faye and Roger deserve thanks for a great job so far.

Too much time on my hands now Art so it must be paying dividends on the AP study. I have to be honest and so far I have only had 3 AP bets but they are looking very good. As they said its only half time now and converting the bets is the hard part but its good to have some bragging rights for the Plough in just over a weeks time, especially for one little Brummie who could only manage third place and two Scots who couldn't pick their noses.
I devised and ran a similar competition to this on the now ill fated Neigh site so I know how much work is involved so a big thanks to DG and NA and also the sponsors Roddy,Viking and Grassy. I was sorry to read you won't be in attendance next week Roger and hope all goes well with your procedure. Finally all the best of Irish luck for all the punters on here .

Congratulations to the winner and the placers - three fine men.

I can only assume Frontrunner has himself a new hat-pin.

Here are the final portfolios in alphabetical order. They show the notional part of the bet as well as potential returns should all horses win their selected races. Where there was no price available for a horse in a particular race last week I have altered the potential return to zero and where multiple horses are selected for the same race I've tried to show it as the maximum possible return. However, this is for information only and for the actual scores it will be whatever happens that counts. So, for example, I have Bristol De Mai and Cue Card in the Gold Cup and I have shown the potential returns as Cue Card wins and Bristol De Mai is placed but if Bristol De Mai wins for real then I would count his winning return. Similarly if I have added a zero for, say, Thistlecrack, because there is no longer a price for him in a certain race and then he is suddenly going to run in the Gold Cup and wins then you will score the returns for the price you originally had.

Hope this all makes some kind of sense and if you see any mistakes or I have missed anyone out please let me know.

Thanks for your hard work NewApproach, and well done Brian on winning the first part of the competition. For those who made a good fist of it and who can back it up with a good performance in the TTF, you are still in with a chance of the Winter Prize even if you don't actually win the TTF.

No one has any live chances in the last so after the first day we have only 3 members with any profit -

Maxbet - £31250
Diamond Geezer - £20000 (if you are looking in hopefully it will cheer you up)
Roddy Owen - £3000

Well done, I think the top two could be difficult to catch
