All of my summer clothes seem to have 'shrunk' over the last 6 months. Should I sue the makers of my clothes or Persil ?
Hmmm... mine, too, but I'm going to sue Cadbury's for not putting a warning on their chocolate bars that they could lead to an increase in weight if consumed ad lib, if not ad nauseum. And there were no consumer warning signs in the shop where I buy them, either, which is socially irresponsible. (Consults calculator: yesss... replace entire wardrobe... sue for emotional trauma... broken bathroom scales... busted mattress... yup, I reckon £66,000,000 just about clears it... )

Only in America....would something so stupid and ludicrous happen.
Hope the tool loses, and gets the last laugh when the Bar publicly boots him. As I have been told, its the ultimate shame for any aspiring lawyer, practising barrister or judge to be struck off the Bar list.
