The Coral Eclipse Sandown Sat July 6

How many's that you've got in the race, Slim? :)
Mars for me, with The Fugue to beat both the POW principals.

From the RP, doesn't look like in shops:

"Sponsors Coral will go a standout 3-1 about Al Kazeem from 8.30am on Saturday, with the price available to both new and existing online, mobile and telebet account holders, up to a maximum of £25.

"As the big-race sponsor we wanted to offer real value about the leading contender and Al Kazeem is a worthy favourite," said firm spokesman David Stevens.

"We are aiming to keep the 3-1 available for as long as possible - certainly for hours rather than minutes, and maybe even up until race time - as we are committed to building a substantial six-figure liability.""

best performance today
127+ on my figures

a break and Irish Champion would be ideal for the Arc
good horse

There today. Really is a lovely looking horse too. Very alert as well. To my eye he looks every inch an improver over further.

sometimes the most obvious is the bet..been out all day and was the only interest for me as to lazy to look at anything else...the fugue finished stone last..i still think she doesn't like fast ground..ran like it here

I'm more inclined to think maybe The Fugue ending up having an unnecessarily hard race at Ascot and hadn't fully recovered.

think the fugue bounced.

thinking over how al kazeem rates compared to last years eclipse horses. do we think he'd see off nathaniel & farhh in a 10f race? (assuming the former wasn't retired)

DO... in that case the race should have brought the Fugue on and knocked back AK...you making a lot of excuses for her imo

I'll bet she wins..if at all ..when the ground eases

She'll only win against fillies. Ground had nowt to do with it.

Al Kazeem a very similar standard to Nathaniel and Farhh over 10f although that pair were better over different trips.
