Is it reasonable for this one to turn out again, having finished second at Warwick yesterday?

A three mile novice chase in bottomless ground 24 hours after ploughing through Heavy, Soft in places?

Feels a bit cruel to me.

Was some rule not implemented a few years back when Pipe sent out multiple raced horses over a short period of time when vying for the championship with Nicholls?

River Dragon who won at Wetherby on Tuesday had finished second the day before on heavy ground at Carlisle. (2 1/2 mile hurdle)

If I owned anything it wouldn't happen but one has to accept that the trainer knows his horses and he wouldn't run the animal if he thought it would harm the horse.
