Oliver Sherwood said Many Clouds wouldn't run last year. Fortunately Trevor Hemmings knew better. Smad Place looks made for the race.

As likeable as Smad is, and he is, he wouldn't see which way Vautour went in a Ryanair. Though both have other targets at this stage.

After the performance put up by Smad Place I wouldn't be so sure about it. As for the targets, if Vautour won't stay 3 miles, Mullins won't send him against UDS, Sprinter and Simonsig over 2 miles so his best option will be Ryanair. We'll know more at Christmas of course but the clash with an improved, more experienced horse in Smad Place is looking v. good from where I'm standing.
 
I'd watch it behind the sofa if it takes place if I were you :D
Even in the event Vautour was rerouted, Smad Place won't be lining up in it. I'd be staggered.
