Niicholls said in his stable he was likely to run Poquelin. I thought Tatenen had a better profile for the race.

They'll probably all be under-priced.

Presumably Our Vic or Petit Robin will be top weight. The former is rated 163 so Barbers Shop would get in with 11-6ish. I think i'd take him at an each way price.

It would have been a penalty kick for a very good horse but Liam Heard killed him.

If I recall Ruby had suffered a bad fall earlier on the card from Willyandwoody and was therefore unfit to ride Granit Jack.
Liam was at Uttoxeter and was rushed from there to Cheltenham in order to replace Ruby on the fav.
The horse was killed at the notorious second last jumping the fence perfectly well but stumbled and went over on his neck with fatal consequences.

Apoogies that was in poor taste. I dont think anyone could have blamed him in the slightest.

I prefer Chapoturgeon of the PN entrants.

I agree provided he gets a decent racing weight and the ground is not too soft. He ran a cracker at Cheltenham last year clocking a quicker time than Imperial Commander over the same C&D.

I still like Master Medic for this, but Pepsyrock has to be of interest on 10-5 with Henderson bossing the weights.

From Dawn To Dusk has that sexy unexposed, improvery type profile that often produces a gamble but rarely a result.

I think there are plenty of holes in the profiles of the second season chasers in this to justify an each way bet on Barbers Shop, who only has to concede 3lbs to Chapoturgeon after all.

Coincidentally enough, the two I like (which would be at half decent prices) at first glance are My Petra and According To Pete.
