Tingle Creek and the other Sandown races Sat 9th Dec

You mean like someone who could win a Gold Cup for him ?

Robbie Power has strike rates of 26% and 37% over the last 2 years in the UK

I can't think of any race he should have won that he lost but am happy if you want to refresh my memory

i could but I could for any other jock too.

There are an elite 5 or so jocks. then a batch of good and then the rest

I'm not giving up on Ar Mad just yet.

For every fence he met right he met two wrong. His jumping has to improve for him to compete at the top level and I can't see him being better than Altior but I still think he's top class.

Me neither, he has a great performance in him at top level.. but why he seemed to have lost his confidence I don't know but his jumping was getting worse with every fence yesterday..

Poor Bryan Cooper is buried down the bottom of a ruck at the moment. Horrific injuries, unsympathetic treatment, loss of confidence, more injury.

He's still young and he's still got the talent, I hope he makes a big comeback.

If Bryan Cooper makes it back to the top of the heap he will deserve huge respect.

The avatar picture is an old library photo of a fall in a race somewhere in Australia. I'm assured both horse and rider were ok after it.

He's a funny one isn't he! I was so excited about him earlier on in his career, remember being absolutely gutted when he wouldn't line up in The Arkle because of an injury set back, he just doesn't seem to be back at that level does he? Agree with you, not saying he would lay a hoof on Altior, but have to agree, that he is better (or was), than his latest showing(s).

He's a little star Sceau Royal and was very impressive but I don't care what anyone says David Mullins GN winner or not was more of a hinderance than a help there. He was like an accident waiting to happen all the way round

Cracking performance from Sceau Royal, can tell he was absolutely spot on for the race yesterday. To be fair, I thought he would be a lot better over the smaller obstacles than he turned out to be, but there was absolutely nothing to dislike about that performance from him yesterday, exciting showing.

I wonder what Daryl thinks. Footpad was impressive beating nothing and he has never gotten the measure of Petit Mouchoir who is said to be doing fine after his setback.

Sceau Royal was pulling his arms out a long way out and I thought he might not get home but he absolutely bolted up. He looks the better prospect to me

No way there are 5 in 5 top jobs but plenty up there with them in not so good jobs

I can't fault people like Paul Townend Daryl Jacob Nico Brian Hughes Jack Kennedy who are all as cool as cucumbers and very seldom do anything wrong..
