Somewhere else on the thread I mentioned I was going to leave out some races as I felt there were too many races what with all the other competitions I'm either running or helping with, and also I felt people would be too busy leading up to Christmas so I'm keeping it to a maximum of three races per weekend from here on in, depending on field sizes and given it's only a fun thing.

Bit of a horses for courses pick.... & not much to prove most of the horses could get the distance.

God's Own, never run at Ascot & too far imo.

V.Valtat, no form at Ascot & too far again

Dodging Bullets, again too far & no from at Ascot

Third intention, similar story

Eduard, 18months off, say no more

So that left the two, Royal Regatta loves Ascot & had blown the cobwebs away at the end of Oct. Kylemore Lough the most improving horse & with the conditions looked like it would be there or there abouts.
