At the Start
I didn't tip anyone whilst in Barbados. They had a clear in-built 'Service Charge' on the bill, with a 'Gratuity' box at the foot of it. Still not sure whether they were the same thing or whether we had been leaving restaurants and bars having left the staff light in the pocket.
