I got an email informing me my SJ account was moving across to Unibet the other day. (It went immediately to my junk box so only just noticed it this evening.)

I checked the site out, logging in as advised with my SJ stuff.

I noticed that records of bets were there but I only have (I think) one ante-post bet with SJ still going but when I click on 'open' bets or 'all' bets there are no signs of it.

I went into 'live chat' and gave up after waiting ten minutes for a reply.

I tried phoning and again waited ages, moving up one place in the queue in all that time.

This is clearly some kind of mickeymouse outfit.
 
Youve probably checked but maybe there's a filter on the age of the live bet DO - set to one month only, there should be an age selector to pick up older bets ?

Yes, hence my following the instructions from Unibet about how to log in to their [the Unibet] site.

Yes, TC, I tried the filter.

It's showing financial transactions but

a) they're only number-referenced so no explanation of what horses the bets refer to and no link from there to that information (as often happens on other sites).
b) there are no bets showing in any of the filters, either under 'all', 'open' or 'settled'.
 
I was restricted by Sid but not by Unibet. I'm hoping I'll be okay now as they don't seem to have attempted a merge of accounts given they've provided me with a new account login for my old Sid account.

I wonder if that one's carried over the restrictions.

I don't mind Unibet as it happens.
 
Haven't even checked mine I hold one voucher with them for SFP in the ultima I'll worry about it if he turns up and if he runs some sort of race other than that I don't intend to bother with the account "bettor experience" my hairy arse.
 
There’s a link to Stan James bets under the bottom link on the left hand menu and also on the mobile site somewhere under my account, have a look there.

I'm pretty sure I checked that the other night but I might be doing a Hillary Clinton and 'misremembering'.

At least I know when Sharjah wins the Supreme I'll be on at 33/1 :)
