Had a parcel turn up this morning, in my name & address
Its a kitchen compost bin with an activator powder inc

I haven't ordered it!
No delivery note or any info regarding where it is from

Boxed it back up & stuck it in the shed

Any idea where I stand with this one?

I believe that you should contact the company and request that they uplift it. If they fail to do so within 30 days, then the item is yours and you have no requirement to pay for it.

I think the Act in question is the Unsolicited Goods Act of you want to query further.
