I think there are some very good judges on here but also as CM says, he comes on here to learn. So it's important to be kind to those that ask questions. Especially to those who are relatively new on here. If I had only posted 20 or so messages and a few people had a pop (however innocuous you might think it is) then I would wonder if I wanted to come back.

I was being sarcastic yes, but I 100% answered the question.

I actually couldn't watch the race. I heard two things from the post race Whatsapp messages. She was no help in the saddle and the horse will win when the ground is bottomless.

"Be a good judge, be a good judge of good judges but, if you can't be either, buy a good coat" - there, that's the Winter Racing saying.

Lingfield 3.05
Pure Theory 5/1 (6/1 available)

He has a 3lb swing with Krissy for a two-neck defeat in their Lingfield run. That race is red-hot form and I’m happy to forgive his run at Chelmsford. Back over C&D, he’ll only need to replicate that Lingfield effort to go very close. There shouldn’t be the price discrepancy between Pure Theory and Krissy. The favourite is far too short.

2.35 Cap Ricochet's form appears average, but this is a bang average race, and after a closer inspection, his second placing to Tim Easterby's Smart Decision, at Hexham in April last year, pulling well clear of the third horse is actually excellent form.

Smart Decision has won two races since then, now rated 120 and likely to go up further, while Cap Ricochet runs off 86 tomorrow. I'm sure he's been freshened up for this after a little break, and while it's a mickey mouse race, I'm a bit of a mickey mouse punter, truth be told, hence, I give this a right good chance at 20s + tomorrow.

In the first time tongue-tie we trust.

Apologies for this. Shite.
